Bisyifa
The public website for Rumah Sakit Umum Syifa Medika: hospital profile, partners, news, and registration forms for new and returning patients.

Background
Before visiting a hospital, a patient has to find several separate things: who runs it, which services and partners it works with, where the queue is, and what to bring. Most of that is scattered across posters, social posts, and phone calls. Bisyifa collects the hospital’s public profile, its news, and the first registration step in one place, so a patient can arrive with the form already understood.
Process
Site structure
Set up a CodeIgniter 3 application with controllers for the landing page, home, about, media, registration, and user accounts, and a shared header and footer so every page carries the same navigation.
Public pages
Built the home page with separate calls to action for new and returning patients, information cards for vaccination, BPJS, and consultation, a company profile with leadership and history, a partner page, and a news section including an article detail page.
Registration forms
Created two patient forms — new and returning — covering NIK, contact number, payment method, destination polyclinic, and queue building, using Bootstrap form controls inside the Tailwind layout.
Accounts and validation
Added login and registration through the User controller, with server-side validation, a callback that rejects duplicate usernames, sessions for signed-in users, and a MySQL database (isyifa) through the mysqli driver.

Key Features
Landing page with two paths
The hero sends visitors straight to the form they need: new patient registration or returning patient registration, instead of one generic contact page.
New and returning patient forms
Each form captures the details a patient provides at the desk — NIK, contact, payment method, destination polyclinic, and queue building.
Company profile
A profile page lists the commissioners, directors, and department heads, followed by the hospital’s history, so patients know who is behind the service.
Partners and services
A dedicated partner page explains the institutions and programmes the hospital works with, including BPJS and vaccination information surfaced on the home page.
News and articles
The media section lists hospital news and opens individual articles, such as the CT scan explanation, from their own controller actions.
User accounts
Registration validates required fields, checks that the username is not already taken, and signs the user in through a session-backed CodeIgniter flow.
Responsive layout
Tailwind utilities and an Alpine.js navigation toggle keep the header usable on small screens, with a shared layout applied across every page.
The site brings the hospital’s public information and its two registration paths together under one CodeIgniter application, with reusable layouts, a media section, and an account flow with server-side validation on MySQL. The controllers and views are separated cleanly enough that pages can be added one at a time.
